Imprinted concrete is a very durable surface and is far more hard wearing than normal pavers more commonly used for driveways and patios. It is also easier to maintain than block paving as there are no sand filled joints that can attract weeds and other forms of surface growth.

Refurbishment of imprinted concrete is generally carried out in two stages. After pressure cleaning the surface is left to dry, and then dependent on when it was last sealed, two coats of Smartseal imprinted concrete sealer are applied 

If the imprinted concrete driveway or patio has been left for many years without re-sealing, the surface may have deteriorated and faded. In this instance Romsey JetCleaning can re-colour the surface and carry out minor repairs..

To keep imprinted concrete in optimum condition, a top up coat of sealer should be applied every few years.
